The division house proceedings serves as the secretariat of the house and provides the following services:<\/p>

    • \u00a0Development of House Order Papers in consultation with the Programming Committee<\/li>
    • \u00a0Safe- keeping of the Minutes of the Proceedings (House Journals)<\/li>
    • \u00a0Development of the ATC (Announcements, Tablings and Commitee Reports)<\/li>
    • \u00a0Co-ordination of Parliamentary Questions and their Responses and the eventual development of the Parliamentary Question Papers<\/li>
    • \u00a0Development of the Legislative Programme in consultation with the Programming Committee<\/li>
    • \u00a0Organize the annual State of the Province Address (SOPA)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
